Service manager for Sunet’s services
Representatives from higher education institutions (HEIs) are important to Sunet’s operation, and help us to create a solid foundation for our operation. For this reason, we greatly appreciate that our service managers often are employed by an HEI, and seconded to us on a part-time basis.
Each Sunet service has one or more service managers. Service managers are responsible for managing the service, for maintaining forums and networks, conducting needs inventories, setting requirements, and for safeguarding the user perspective.
